Everything You Need to Schedule Smarter

From drag-and-drop calendars to AI-optimized posting times — every scheduling tool in one place.

Visual Calendar

Month, week, and day views with drag-to-reschedule. See your whole content pipeline at a glance; spot gaps before your audience does.

Best-Time Suggestions

AI reads your engagement history per platform and per audience timezone, then surfaces 3 optimal slots for each new post. Override any suggestion in one click.

Bulk CSV Scheduling

Drop a CSV with 100 posts, pick a start date, and Mirgent slots them across the calendar at evenly-spaced or human-randomized intervals. Perfect for content recycling or campaign launches.

Reusable Templates

Turn winning post structures into templates with placeholders ({Scheduling | Mirgent}, {{link}}, {{cta}}). Brand-tone, hashtag set, and image style baked in.

19-Platform Fanout

One draft, 19 outputs. Each platform gets its own format, length cap, and hashtag style — Twitter gets 280 chars, LinkedIn gets long-form, Pinterest gets the image-first treatment.

Team Workflow

Invite teammates, assign roles (Editor, Publisher, Viewer), and route posts through approval. Pro plan adds 5 seats; Agency adds unlimited with role granularity.

Three views — pick the one your team thinks in

Different teams plan content differently. Mirgent ships three first-class views so you don't have to bend your process to the tool.

  • Calendar — month/week/day grid for timeline thinking; great for clients who want to see what's shipping next Wednesday
  • Kanban — Idea → Drafted → Approved → Scheduled → Published columns; great for content teams treating posts like tickets
  • Queue — evergreen-rotation mode that auto-spaces posts across optimal times; great for solo creators who want Mirgent to decide cadence

One draft, every platform, no copy-paste

Most schedulers force you to either post identical content everywhere (lazy) or rewrite for each platform (slow). Mirgent ships a third path: AI generates platform-tuned variants from your master draft, you tweak the ones that need polish.

  • Per-platform caption variants generated automatically (Twitter terse, LinkedIn long-form, Instagram hashtag-heavy)
  • Automatic image resize + crop for each network's aspect ratio (1:1 IG, 16:9 LinkedIn, 9:16 TikTok)
  • Hashtag sets per platform: trending tags for IG, niche tags for Twitter, none for LinkedIn

Start scheduling in 5 minutes

1

Connect your accounts

Install the Chrome extension, log into your social accounts once. Mirgent posts via real browser sessions — no API tokens to maintain, no per-platform OAuth dance, no "developer mode" approvals.

2

Create your post

Write the master draft, drop in media, and let Mirgent generate per-platform variants. Edit any variant in-place; the others stay untouched. Add UTM tags, link previews, and hashtags from saved sets.

3

Pick time or add to queue

Specific time, AI-suggested optimal slot, or drop into an evergreen queue. For workflows: schedule via cron string, RSS-trigger, or webhook so external systems can drop content into Mirgent.

4

Track outcomes

Every published post lands in Analytics with engagement, reach, and click metrics per platform. Best-performing posts surface as templates so the next campaign starts from a winner.

Built for operators who post a lot

Whether you ship one post a day or run 30 client accounts, Mirgent's scheduling scales to your cadence.

Solo creator with a daily cadence

Plan 7 days of content in one Sunday session. Mirgent staggers posts across optimal slots, fans out to LinkedIn + Twitter + Bluesky, and queues an Instagram repurpose. Mondays are content-free.

B2B SaaS with multiple founders + writers

Writers draft in Kanban (Idea → Drafted columns). Founders approve in one tap. Mirgent fans approved posts across CEO/CTO/Marketing accounts with per-account voice tuning. Approval queue keeps brand voice consistent without bottlenecking on one person.

Agency managing 20+ client accounts

Each client gets its own profile (separate calendar, brand context, AI key). One Mirgent dashboard, 20 isolated content streams. Per-client analytics, per-client approval flow, per-client team seats. Workflow templates clone across clients in one click.

Built so your post actually ships

Most schedulers fail silently — your post doesn't go out, you find out 3 days later from a client. Mirgent is engineered to either publish or alert you within minutes.

  • Browser-session posting bypasses the platform-API rate-limit ceilings that schedulers hit on busy days
  • If a platform refuses (session expired, captcha, rate-limit), the job auto-retries 3× then alerts you with the exact error and recovery action
  • All scheduled posts have a hard 4-hour timeout cap — no "stuck in pending" jobs that never resolve
  • Per-account daily caps prevent the auto-pause spiral when one credential expires; other accounts keep posting

Scheduling FAQ

How is browser-session posting different from API posting?

API posting requires you to register a developer app per platform, get OAuth approval (Instagram and LinkedIn make this miserable), and pray the API endpoint stays stable. Browser-session posting uses your existing logged-in tab — Mirgent's extension does what you'd do manually, just faster. Tradeoff: requires Chrome to stay open. Benefit: works on every platform, no API approval, no token expiry, no rate-limit ceilings.

Can I schedule to platforms that don't have a public API?

Yes — that's the whole point. Mirgent posts to Threads, Tumblr, Hashnode, Mastodon, Bluesky, Pinterest, Reddit, and 12 others without any API contracts. If you can post manually in your browser, Mirgent can post automatically.

What happens to my queue if Chrome is closed?

Posts wait in the queue. When the extension reconnects, jobs queued in the last 6 hours pick up where they left off. Older jobs auto-fail with a clear "extension was offline" error so nothing posts at the wrong time.

Can I bulk-import old posts from Buffer / Hootsuite / Later?

Yes via CSV. Export your existing scheduler's queue, drop the CSV into Mirgent, map columns, and we'll re-create the schedule. Migration takes 5-10 minutes. We've tested with Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, and SocialBee exports.

How does pricing scale with posting volume?

Free 3/day, Creator $9 30/day, Pro $19 100/day, Agency $49 500/day, Enterprise custom. The cap is daily, not per-platform — Pro means 100 total posts/day across however many platforms you're connected to.

Stop posting manually

Free plan: 3 posts/day. Pro: 100/day across 10 platforms. Agency: 500/day across all 19. No card, no time limit on Free.
