Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Why are there caps on every plan, even paid ones?
We rely on rate-limited APIs from each social platform. Hard caps protect every customer from one runaway account exhausting shared infrastructure. The published limits are well above what most users actually need — and Enterprise unlocks custom caps if you genuinely require more.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles taxes and VAT for your region automatically. Enterprise plans can be invoiced by bank transfer.
What does 'BYOK' mean for AI features?
Bring Your Own Key. You connect your own API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or another supported provider — so you control AI cost and model choice directly. Mirgent never marks up AI usage.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account stays active until the end of your billing period, then drops to Free tier — your data is preserved. Export anything you need at any time. All purchases are non-refundable.
