Run 20+ client accounts without losing your mind
Agencies live or die by margin per client. The default tools (Hootsuite at $99-249/mo, Sprout at $249+/mo, per-seat licensing on top) crush margins on small clients. Mirgent's Agency plan at $49/mo includes workspace-per-client with isolated AI keys, brand contexts, calendars, and approval flows, and your team works from one dashboard.
Why agency tooling sucks
Tools designed for solo creators don't scale to agencies; tools designed for enterprise are 10× the price agencies can absorb on $500-2000/mo client retainers.
- Per-client tool licensing kills margin. Hootsuite at $99/mo × 10 clients = $990/mo just on tooling. On a $1500/mo retainer per client, that's 7% gross margin gone before you even start.
- Workspace isolation matters. Mixing client A's brand voice with client B's AI key is a compliance disaster. Most cheap tools don't enforce isolation, so you pay for enterprise plans you don't need.
- Approval flows multiply with team size. 5 account managers × 10 clients × daily posts = 250 approvals/day across separate inboxes. Without unified approval routing, your AMs miss things.
- Reporting is the silent time-killer. Friday client reports take 30 min/client × 10 clients = 5 hours of your week, every week. Most agencies under-report because the time isn't there.
The Mirgent agency workflow
Production workflow for an agency running 10-25 clients with 3-5 account managers. This is the pattern that scales without breaking margin.
Setup: one workspace per client
Each client gets their own Mirgent workspace with isolated platform connections, brand context (positioning, banned phrases, voice tone), AI provider key (so client A's AI bill doesn't subsidize client B), and approval flow.
Team seats with role granularity
Account managers get Editor role on their assigned clients. Senior strategists get Approver role across all clients. You (agency owner) get full access. Each AM sees only their queue; nothing leaks across clients.
Daily approval cycle
Each AM opens Mirgent in the morning, sees their cross-client approval queue (drafts from Content Planner agents per client), reviews + approves in 15-30 min. Posts ship throughout the day per each client's calendar.
Friday: one-click client reports
Friday morning: Analytics tab → select client → click 'Generate Weekly Report'. PDF with the client's logo, top performers, follower delta, AI commentary. Email to client. Repeat for next 9 clients. 30 minutes total instead of 5 hours.
Scale to 25-50 clients without retooling
Agency plan supports unlimited workspaces. Adding client #25 is the same flow as client #1. AMs scale linearly (1 AM per ~10 clients). No tool migration needed as you grow.
Margin math at scale
Real numbers from agencies running on Mirgent vs alternatives. Scaling from 5 → 30 clients.
$50-100/mo savings per client
Mirgent Agency $49/mo total vs Hootsuite Standard $99/mo per client + Sprout $249/mo per team. At 10 clients you save $1K-2K/mo in tooling alone, that's a junior AM's salary.
5 hrs/week reporting time
Auto-generated weekly client reports replace ~30 min/client manual reporting. At 10 clients, that's 5 hours/week back. At 25 clients, 12 hours.
Onboarding from 1 day to 30 min
New client setup: spin workspace, paste their brand context, connect their platforms. 30 minutes. Compared to multi-tool agencies juggling Hootsuite + Buffer + ChatGPT + spreadsheets, the day-one onboarding burden drops dramatically.
Per-client AI cost transparency
BYO AI keys per workspace = client A pays for their own AI usage on their own provider account. No more arguing about whose budget covers which Anthropic bill. Pass-through cost; agency keeps margin.
Plan recommendations for agencies
Most agencies launch on Agency from day one, the per-workspace economics make Pro a non-starter once you have 2+ clients.
- Pro ($19/mo): only viable for solo agencies (1 owner, 0 employees) with 1-2 clients. You'll outgrow this within the first month if you're growing.
- Agency ($49/mo): unlimited workspaces, role-based access, white-label reports, unlimited leads and AI generations, priority support. The right plan for almost every agency.
- Need more? The Agency plan removes daily caps entirely, so there's no separate tier to climb to, reach out any time if you have questions about running at very large scale.
Agency FAQ
Can I white-label the dashboard for clients?
Reports yes (your logo, your colors on PDFs). Full dashboard white-labeling isn't available today, but most agencies don't need it because clients don't directly use the Mirgent dashboard, they receive your reports.
How do I prevent AMs from accidentally posting to the wrong client's account?
Workspace switching is explicit (top-bar dropdown), and the active workspace is shown in big colored type at the top of every page. Cross-workspace posting is impossible, each Chrome session piggy-backs on the platform login that client granted, so it's literally locked to the right account.
What happens when a client wants to take their account back?
Workspace export, full content history, scheduled posts, analytics, brand context, exports as a zip in 30 seconds. Client can take it to another tool or self-host. No data lock-in is a deliberate design choice; we'd rather earn renewals on quality than on switching cost.
How does agency pricing scale past 50 clients?
The Agency plan removes daily caps entirely, so it keeps working as you add clients, the tool itself doesn't stop scaling. If you're running at very large scale and need a tailored arrangement or dedicated support, just reach out and we'll work something out.
Is Mirgent good for Turkish or non-English markets?
Yes. The platform itself is English-only currently, but content generation works in any language your AI provider supports (Turkish, Spanish, German, etc.). Agencies serving Turkish clients write business contexts in Turkish; Mirgent's AI drafts in Turkish. The dashboard UI translation is on the 2026 roadmap.
Stop bleeding margin to enterprise tooling
Agency plan is $49/mo flat. No per-client license, no per-seat license, no surprise invoices. Try it on 2 clients free, then scale.
